MEET AND GREET INFORMATION:
VIP Check-In: Typically starts right after doors open at the Brandon Jordan merchandise table inside the venue, though the time and location may vary. National Acts will email all VIPs within 24 hours of the event with confirmed check-in details and additional information once provided by the band.
Check-In Process: Please have your VIP tickets or receipt ready—either printed or on your phone—for a quick and easy check-in. Once we have successfully checked in all the VIPs, you will be escorted to the meet and greet area.
VIP Merchandise: You’ll pick up your VIP merchandise during the meet and greet; it will not be mailed.
Further event-specific details will be included in your confirmation email after you make your purchase.
CONCERT TICKETS:
This is a Ticketless VIP Upgrade. To gain access to the show and partake in the meet and greet, a separate concert ticket must be procured directly through the venue. This stipulation is non-negotiable.

The Meet and Greet packages are exclusively administered by NATIONAL ACTS on behalf of the band. Consequently, the venue will not possess any information regarding the Meet and Greet packages offered by the band. For inquiries concerning your Meet and Greet package, please direct your queries to National Acts HERE.
Any questions pertaining to event logistics such as set times, general admission tickets, additional performing artists, age restrictions, or venue directions should be directed to the venue directly.
On occasion, the items included in the Meet and Greet Package may sell out or become unavailable. BRANDON JORDAN and NATIONAL ACTS retain the right to alter the contents of the Meet and Greet Packages at any time, contingent upon item availability. Non-receipt of specific items stipulated in the package does not warrant eligibility for a refund or discount. BRANDON JORDAN and NATIONAL ACTS are not responsible for mailing merchandise that was not collected at the meet and greet.
REFUND POLICY:
All sales of VIP packages are considered final and non-refundable unless the show is canceled.
Service fees attached to VIP packages are also non-refundable under all circumstances, including event cancellations.
