MEET AND GREET INFORMATION:
VIP check in typically occurs immediately AFTER doors open at the Tantric Merchandise table (time subject to change). The band prefers to be on site before committing to the meet and greet time. You will be given the confirmed meet and greet time and further VIP Information when you check in. Please note that some meet and greets may occur after the show, depending on the schedule for the evening. The band asks that you keep your plans flexible. Within 24 hours of the show, you will receive an email from National Acts with more information. You will collect your VIP merchandise during the meet and greet. VIP merchandise is not mailed to you. Further event-specific instructions will be communicated in your confirmation email upon completing the purchase.
CONCERT TICKETS:
The Breakdown VIP Upgrade includes admission to the show as a member of Tantric's personal guest list. A guest list spot is the equivelant of a standing room only general admission concert ticket. No special or reserved seating is included with this guest list spot. Only 2 Breakdown VIP Upgrade packages are available per show. Your name(s) will be on the Will Call list at the front door when you arrive at the venue. Just show them your photo ID and you will gain admission to the show.
The Down and Out VIP Upgrade does not include admission to the show. To gain access to the show and partake in the meet and greet, a separate concert ticket must be procured directly through the venue. This stipulation is non-negotiable.

Please be aware that neither TANTRIC nor NATIONAL ACTS maintain any affiliation with the venue at which the band's performance is scheduled. The Meet and Greet packages are exclusively administered by NATIONAL ACTS on behalf of the band. Consequently, the venue will not possess any information regarding the Meet and Greet packages offered by the band. Any questions pertaining to event logistics such as set times, general admission tickets, additional performing artists, age restrictions, or venue directions should be directed to the venue directly.
On occasion, the items included in the Meet and Greet Package may sell out or become unavailable. TANTRIC and NATIONAL ACTS retain the right to alter the contents of the Meet and Greet Packages at any time, contingent upon item availability. Non-receipt of specific items stipulated in the package does not warrant eligibility for a refund or discount. TANTRIC and NATIONAL ACTS are not responsible for mailing merchandise that was not collected at the meet and greet.
REFUND POLICY:
All sales of VIP packages are considered final and non-refundable unless the show is canceled.
Service fees attached to VIP packages are also non-refundable under all circumstances, including event cancellations.
