*VIP Upgrades DO NOT include a concert ticket. You will also need to purchase a separate concert ticket through the venue to see the show AND participate in the meet and greet. No exceptions!

Not receiving certain items in the listed package does not entitle you to a refund or a discount. U.D.O. and National Acts are not responsible for mailing out merchandise that was not picked up at the meet and greet.
