MEET AND GREET INFORMATION:
Warrant likes to be on site on the night of the show before committing to the meet and greet time. Kelly (Warrant's Tour Manager) will reach out to all of the VIPs via text on the evening on the show with the specific meet and greet time and VIP check-in location. Warrant typically conducts their meet and greets one hour before they are scheduled to perform and VIP check-in usually occurs at the Warrant Merchandise table inside the venue (Meet and Greet time and VIP check-in location are subject to change). We recommend arriving at the venue by the Doors Open time to ensure you do not miss the meet and greet. National Acts will email a full itinerary to all of the VIPs the day before the show. Further event-specific instructions are contained in your confirmation email after you purchase. You will collect your VIP merchandise during the meet and greet. VIP merchandise is not mailed to you.
CONCERT TICKETS:
This is a Ticketless VIP Upgrade. To gain access to the show and partake in the meet and greet, a separate concert ticket must be procured directly through the venue. This stipulation is non-negotiable.

The Meet and Greet packages are exclusively administered by NATIONAL ACTS on behalf of the band. Consequently, the venue will not possess any information regarding the Meet and Greet packages offered by the band. For inquiries concerning your Meet and Greet package, please direct your queries to National Acts HERE.
Any questions pertaining to event logistics such as set times, general admission tickets, additional performing artists, age restrictions, or venue directions should be directed to the venue directly.
On occasion, the items included in the Meet and Greet Package may sell out or become unavailable. WARRANT and NATIONAL ACTS retain the right to alter the contents of the Meet and Greet Packages at any time, contingent upon item availability. Non-receipt of specific items stipulated in the package does not warrant eligibility for a refund or discount. WARRANT and NATIONAL ACTS are not responsible for mailing merchandise that was not collected at the meet and greet.
REFUND POLICY:
All sales of VIP packages are considered final and non-refundable unless the show is canceled.
Service fees attached to VIP packages are also non-refundable under all circumstances, including event cancellations.
